Founder
Adam Chodos, Esq., CPA is the CEO and primary attorney. He is a practicing private client attorney and has over 25 years of experience in entities, reporting, and business.
Previously, Mr. Chodos focused on asset protection and taxation at the New York headquarters of Brown & Wood LLP (n.k.a Sidley Austin Brown & Wood) and with Ernst & Young LLP consulting department. Mr. Chodos is special counsel for a variety of professional firms and is a frequent speaker and author for professional business organizations on business and tax issues. He holds a Certified Public Accountantcy Certificate. He earned his bachelors degree in economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree, high honors, from Duke University.
He is complemented by various professional team members which includes accountants, technology solutions, administrators, attorneys, etc.
